The hotel's location is very convenient as it is close to everything. The rooms are also very spacious and nice. The hotel is close to the casino, making it convenient for those who enjoy gambling. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service to the guests.

I had the pleasure of staying in Room 101A, a spacious three-bedroom suite, twice in the past year. The lobby of the hotel was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. The staff, especially Amy, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room itself was spotlessly clean and had a fresh scent. The fully equipped kitchen allowed for convenient meal preparation, and the bathrooms were impeccably clean. The furniture in the suite was also well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to various attractions and amenities, including a nearby casino.
Can't fault the property in any way.

This was a really good stay for a week's vacation. Hotel's staff was excellent and efficient all the time. The location was incredibly comfortable and ideal, around 4-6 minutes walk from an immense aquarium. The venue itself was in a pretty comfortable area, near to all the trams stop as well as shuttles.

The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and had a cozy and quaint atmosphere that added to the romantic ambiance of our escape. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made sure we had everything we needed.
the hot water in our room was not working properly, which was a major letdown as we were looking forward to enjoying a relaxing jacuzzi bath. Additionally, the blow dryer provided in the room was not functioning, which was quite inconvenient.

Convenient location, just a stone's throw away from a massive aquarium 🐠. The rooms got a fresh makeover and are pretty spacious with a kitchen and one bathroom, for example.

I spent my Thanksgiving at a hotel in the heart of the city. I appreciated the hotel's convenience in terms of the key attractions and market at a walking distance. Additionally, I received two complementary vouchers for breakfast that were quite useful. Last but not least, my favorite part of the stay was the rooftop pool which gave me a stunning view of the city.
The downside of my stay was the hotel's poor maintenance. The overall appearance of the hotel, elevator, bathroom, and room was outdated and needed a makeover.

The location was ideal, just a few blocks away from popular streets like Royal St, Bourbon St, and Canal St. It was also conveniently close to Magazine St, where we could catch the bus to the Garden District. The hotel's spacious 2-bedroom suite with a sofa bed was perfect for our group of friends. The staff, especially Gail, were friendly and accommodating.
Felt at home instantly, no complaints.
