The hotel's location is ideal - it's close to shuttles, taxis, the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and restaurants. The historic building and rooms with a kitchen are a plus. The breakfast offers a wide array of goodies.

Hotel De L'Eau Vive in New Orleans is my top pick when visiting the city. The breakfast offers a fantastic selection of delicious food. The service is top-notch, and the rooms have been recently renovated, complete with a kitchen. The location is unbeatable, just a short 4-6 minute walk from Canal Place Shopping Mall and close to many attractions such as the arts district, museums, French Quarter, Bourbon Street.

Location close to the arts district, museums, French Quarter and Bourbon Street, Harrah's casino and Riverwalk, convention center and street car. For tea or coffee visit Bon Ton Cafe nearby.

The hotel's location is very convenient as it is close to everything. The rooms are also very spacious and nice. The hotel is close to the casino, making it convenient for those who enjoy gambling. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service to the guests.

The hotel lacks a vent in one of the bedrooms, which can make the room feel stuffy.

Firstly, the location of this hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance of the lively French Quarter and the convenient streetcar line. This makes it a perfect base for exploring the city and experiencing the local culture.

All was satisfactory and we had a pleasant stay.

I had the pleasure of staying in Room 101A, a spacious three-bedroom suite, twice in the past year. The lobby of the hotel was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. The staff, especially Amy, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room itself was spotlessly clean and had a fresh scent. The fully equipped kitchen allowed for convenient meal preparation, and the bathrooms were impeccably clean. The furniture in the suite was also well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to various attractions and amenities, including a nearby casino.

Can't fault the property in any way.

This was a really good stay for a week's vacation. Hotel's staff was excellent and efficient all the time. The location was incredibly comfortable and ideal, around 4-6 minutes walk from an immense aquarium. The venue itself was in a pretty comfortable area, near to all the trams stop as well as shuttles.

The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and had a cozy and quaint atmosphere that added to the romantic ambiance of our escape. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made sure we had everything we needed.

the hot water in our room was not working properly, which was a major letdown as we were looking forward to enjoying a relaxing jacuzzi bath. Additionally, the blow dryer provided in the room was not functioning, which was quite inconvenient.

The space was comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and a lovely pool. The hotel provided a 2-bedroom apartment-like experience, complete with separate bedrooms, a living room, and a dining table. It had a unique bathtub/shower combination and a separate area for getting ready. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient location, just a stone's throw away from a massive aquarium 🐠. The rooms got a fresh makeover and are pretty spacious with a kitchen and one bathroom, for example.

I spent my Thanksgiving at a hotel in the heart of the city. I appreciated the hotel's convenience in terms of the key attractions and market at a walking distance. Additionally, I received two complementary vouchers for breakfast that were quite useful. Last but not least, my favorite part of the stay was the rooftop pool which gave me a stunning view of the city.

The downside of my stay was the hotel's poor maintenance. The overall appearance of the hotel, elevator, bathroom, and room was outdated and needed a makeover.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to all the actions and just a short walk to the start of The French Quarter. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a roof terrace providing a lovely spot to relax in the afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is complimentary coffee and croissants available in the mornings. The hotel is also conveniently located close to Harrah's casino.

The maid service is limited and does not include bed making or wiping down the kitchen benches.

The location was ideal, just a few blocks away from popular streets like Royal St, Bourbon St, and Canal St. It was also conveniently close to Magazine St, where we could catch the bus to the Garden District. The hotel's spacious 2-bedroom suite with a sofa bed was perfect for our group of friends. The staff, especially Gail, were friendly and accommodating.

Felt at home instantly, no complaints.
